Key Holder

How you can make a key chain using a shower curtain ring and some craft foam
Materials needed:

  1. Metal shower curtain hooks
  2. Scrap pieces of fun foam
  3. Punch
  4. White glue or craft

Instructions:

Fun Cut foam into the desired shape and decorate with other elements of fun foam. (We used small rectangular pieces and then glued into small holes for the eyes, triangle nose and a half circle of the mouth). Drill two holes and slide curtain hook. Makes a good mother or a gift for Father's Day.

Jar Paperweight

Materials:

* Small glass jar with lid (cork looks nicer)
* Sand color (at least 2 different colors)
* Tape
* Photo
* Hot Hot Glue and Glue Gun

Instructions:
Pour the sand into the jar, a tablespoon at a time, alternating colors to make a fun pattern. Fill the bottle completely and then glue the lid on the bottle.

Cut the picture to fit the side of the bottle and glue it in place. Tie ribbon around the top of the bottle.

This makes a great gift for anyone!

Make a Craft Using Baby Food Jars

Materials needed:

* Any empty jar
* Craft White Glue
* Acrylic paints
* Pictures from magazines or wrapping paper
* Tape
* Silk flowers, anything to beautify

Instructions:
Soak / remove all labels and clean jar. With a brush, apply white glue to the front of the image and place inside the container. Smooth as there are no gaps.

Once dry, apply paint into the jar full, providing a background for the image when viewed from the outside. Use your imagination to add pretty ribbon deposits, jewelry - whatever - on the edge of the jar or lid.

You can fill your mug with the "treasures" but illiquid. They make great pen and pencil holders, pin storage, office supplies, and can even be used to place a gift inside.
